Service Writer – Full Time

As a Platinum BRP dealer and authorized distributor of Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am ATVs, SxSs, Spyders, Rykers, and Scarab Jet Boats, we’re passionate about delivering top-quality products and service to our customers.

We are currently seeking a Service Writer to join our busy and growing team. This full-time role is an integral part of our service department, working closely with customers and technicians to ensure a smooth and professional service experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with service needs, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

• Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently

• Communicate clearly between customers and technicians, providing accurate updates on repairs and timelines

• Prepare and process repair orders, estimates, and invoices with attention to detail

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers

• Support the service team with administrative and organizational tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Previous experience in a service writer, advisor, or customer-facing role is an asset
